I should give myself a pat on the back.  I did it!  I was able to survive a day without meat.  It’s just rice, veggies, and wheat bread.  I feel a bit dizzy though.  I’m not sure if it’s because of doing the laundry or my eyes, or the lack of meat (it’s all in the mind).

Mongo beans soup and whole wheat bread are the stars of the day.  They make me alive and satisfied.  They also make me glow–well, mongo that is.

Instead of taking the elevator on my way to my work area, I chose to take the stairs.  That’s another pat on the back for me=)

Tomorrow, I’m going to jog after work.  I really want this to be permanent.  I want to live a healthy lifestyle.
