I guess it’s better if I don’t look at the weighing scale anymore.  It makes me sad whenever I gain weight.  It’s better if I always loose weight but steady drop in weight is not really healthy.  Maybe I’ll just check my weight once every month.

Anyway, one of my officemates brought veggie chips.  The chips taste good.  I specifically like the sweet potato but everything in that bag is good.

Last night, I impulsively went to one of my favorite restaurant.  I was finally able to taste carrot, banana, and blueberry cupcakes.  I guess, now that I’ve tasted them, I can now go on a strict calorie counting.
