I’m at this point when I have great cravings.  When I just want to binge eat.  I know that if I don’t stop this, I’ll gain the weight I’ve lost these past few months.  And I don’t want that.

I need motivation.  Motivation, I find at Sparks People.  I find this article very helpful.  I agree that everything should be in moderation–food and thinking. 

Everyday is a chance to be healthy–to have fun and be healthy.  I should not be hard on myself.
