Welcome!!!  This is another blog of mine.  This time it’s going to be about my journey on attaining a healthy lifestyle by trying to eat healthy and to exercise.  Notice the word “trying”.  I know that temptations to eat unhealthy is out there but I will do my best to discipline myself.  My goal as of the moment is to lose weight.  So for now, the best way to do that is by calorie counting.  

I have read that Sparks People is a great site for people wanting to loose weight.  But I am already using My Fitness Pal even before being introduced to Sparks People.  Anyway, the net is a great place to search for the calories of almost all kinds of food.
